With a background in social work, he addresses community needs with empathy and strategic insight. As President, Gabriel oversees the organization’s operations, ensures alignment with its mission, and provides strategic leadership. Born on Roosevelt Island and fluent in Spanish, he is committed to fostering equity, inclusion, and empowerment for underserved communities.
