The Community Empowered Research Center (CERC) is a community-based nonprofit organization committed to empowering marginalized individuals, particularly women and girls of all ages, poor families, homeless individuals, and underserved communities. Grounded in diversity, equity, inclusion, and anti-racism, we serve people of all ethnicities, colors, religions, castes, genders, and backgrounds, creating opportunities for all.
CERC’s mission is to break the cycle of poverty through programs that address local needs, including job readiness, skill-building workshops, employment initiatives, and transitional housing. We support veterans, disabled individuals, and indigent international students, fostering self-reliance and building resilient communities that promote well-being, mental peace, and healthier physically.
