Description of Holi Event: Enjoy cultural sweets and mix of color powders for Holi Festival with Family and friends in the community at McGinley Square in Jersey City, New Jersey on March 25, 2024 starting after 5:00 PM

CERC Nonprofit Holi Event Liability Policy:

Community Empowered Research Center shall not be held liable

for any incidents, damages, or mishaps occurring during and after Holi celebration at McGinley Square in Jersey City, on March 25, 2024. Attendees participate at their own risk and are responsible for their personal belongings and well-being. This includes but is not limited to:

1. Staining or damage to clothing, personal items, or property due to the use of holi colors or any other materials.

2. Illness or food poisoning resulting from consumption of food or beverages provided by local vendors or partners.

3. Any accidents, injuries, or health issues arising from participation in activities or interactions at the event.

Participants are advised to exercise caution and discretion while engaging in event activities and consuming food or beverages. By attending the Holi celebration, attendees acknowledge and accept these terms and release Community Empowered Research Center and it's sponsors from any liability related to incidents occurring during the event.

This policy is effective for all Community Empowered Research Center events and is subject to change without prior notice.
